About Me
I am a freelance news correspondent covering local government for a small newspaper in the United States. I also collaborate with an information-sharing institute, based in the Italian Alps, which is dedicated to supporting dialog and regional collaboration in the Balkan and Caucasus Regions. My specific interests relate to how the digital media will effect freedom of expression as the role of information gatekeepers shifts and the role of citizen journalists gains prominence.
